Description
Movicol Powder Lemon & Lime is a powdered laxative designed to relieve chronic constipation and faecal impaction. Each sachet contains:
- Macrogol 3350: 13.125g
- Sodium Chloride: 0.3507g
- Sodium Hydrogen Carbonate: 0.1785g
- Potassium Chloride: 0.0466g
These active ingredients work together to soften stools and increase bowel movements by retaining water in the bowel, making it easier to pass stools. The lemon and lime flavour enhances palatability, and the sachets are convenient for on-the-go use.
Warnings
Do not use if you:
- Have a blockage in your intestine (gut obstruction, ileus).
- Have a perforated gut wall.
- Suffer from severe inflammatory bowel diseases like ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease, or toxic megacolon.
