Description
Gaviscon Advance Tablets are formulated to alleviate symptoms of gastro-oesophageal reflux, such as acid regurgitation, heartburn, and indigestion. Each tablet contains sodium alginate and potassium bicarbonate, which work together to form a protective barrier that floats on top of the stomach contents, preventing acid from escaping into the oesophagus. This action provides relief from discomfort and promotes healing. The tablets are peppermint-flavoured, sugar-free, and suitable for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
