Warnings
Do not use if you:

Do not apply to broken or damaged skin, lips, eyes, mouth, or nose. Avoid excessive exposure of the treated area to sunlight. Do not cover with plaster or dressing. Discontinue use if a rash develops. For external use only. Keep out of the sight and reach of children.
Directions
How to use:
- For topical use only.
- Adults, the elderly, and children over 12 years: Squeeze 4 to 10 cm of gel (50 to 125 mg ibuprofen) from the tube and gently rub into the affected area until absorbed.
- Do not use more frequently than every 4 hours, and no more than 4 times in any 24-hour period.
- Wash hands after use unless treating them.
