  • Refunds or exchanges will be issued for eligible products that are returned in their original, unopened, and unused condition within 14 days of purchase. The original packaging and receipt must be provided as proof of purchase.
  • For eligible returns made within this timeframe, we offer either a full refund. This will be returned to the original payment method or be offered as an exchange.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Prescription Medications: As per UK law and health regulations, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for prescription medications unless the product is defective or we have made an error in dispensing.

  • Personal Care Products: For hygiene reasons, certain personal care items, including skincare, oral care, and hair care products, are non-returnable if opened or used.
  • Special Orders: Custom or special order items are non-refundable unless they are damaged or defective upon receipt.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately or return the item to the pharmacy within 7 days of purchase. We will replace the item or offer a full refund if a replacement is unavailable.
  • Products with manufacturing defects may require a brief inspection or verification with the supplier before the refund or exchange is processed.

Process for Returns and Refunds

  • To request a refund or exchange, please bring the item to Eltham Pharmacy along with your receipt or proof of purchase.
  • If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. For cash transactions, we will issue refunds in cash.
  • Exchanges, when eligible, may be completed at the time of return if the replacement product is in stock.

Gift Cards and Promotional Items

  • Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Promotional Items: If the original purchase included a free or promotional item, the item must be returned to qualify for a full refund. If not returned, the value of the promotional item will be deducted from the refund amount.

Right to Refuse Returns
